Are there any cancellation policies?
This is a busy time of year for our office, so we kindly ask for a minimum of one full business day prior to your scheduled appointment, to not be counted as a missed appointment. Missing a massage therapy appointment without a 24-hour notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee and will require a credit card on file for subsequent massage appointments. Does the office take x-rays?
Our office does not take x-rays but one of our providers may refer you out for x-rays or advanced imaging depending on your history or exam but keep in mind that less than 10% of our patients require imaging.
Do you accept my insurance?
Our office accepts all of the major insurance companies including Sutter Health, Blue Cross, UHC, and Kaiser. Please click here to see all of the insurance companies we accept:
Does the office accept workers compensation patients?
Yes we do. Please give our office a call and we will be happy to navigate you to an appointment.
How do I make an appointment?
Our staff works diligently to assure our soonest appointment available. You may send us an email or give our office a call and we will be glad to get you into our office. Please keep in mind that email inquiries may take a bit longer to receive a response but no more than 24-hours during business hours/days.
